FAQ - Wholesale

Welcome and thank you for partnering with Tomtek Outdoors

Please Read this FAQ prior to placing your order. We try to make everything clear for everyone. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.




Q: Is shipping included in the Price?

A: No. The price is simply for the purchase of the goods. The reason for this is that some of our wholesale buyers choose to pick-up the items, organize their own courier, or we deliver it to them. It is only fair for us to exclude the shipping cost all together.


Q: What if I want the item shipped to me?

A: If you need your order shipped to you, do let us know by leaving a note with your order. We can then send you a shipping quote and invoice you the cost separately. Alternatively, you can organise your own courier.


Q: Where do you ship and what carrier you use?

A: We ship Australia-wide, and use AUSPOST for 99% of our logistical needs.


Q: How long will I receive my item?

A: Handling time is 1-2 days, depending on size of order. Average delivery times for our items are:

Wholesale (Stocked) Items: 4-8 days from ordering.

Pre-order: 14 to 40 days, depending on the items ordered.





Q: Do you provide a Tax Invoice and is GST included in the price?

A: We provide a Tax Invoice for all wholesale orders as standard. We usually opt to email it to you but if you prefer a paper copy, do let us know. All prices on this website are inclusive of GST.


Q: What is the "Compare at Price"? 

A: This indicates the price we retail the items for. It serves as a guide to you, to give you an idea as to how much profit margin you can make. However, it is completely up to you, how much you want to retail the items for.


Q: Why is the "PRE-ORDER" items cheaper than "WHOLESALE" items?

A: Items that are Pre-Ordered are purchased directly from the manufacturer. We usually ship it together with our regular orders, thus saving a bit on shipping costs. We just carry over the savings to you. Do take into consideration, that most of our items are imported. Therefore, expect delivery times for them to be longer.


Q: Can I pay by Credit Card?

A: We do accept Credit Cards, Paypal Payments, Bank Transfers and COD. However, for orders over $500, we have to pass on the bank fees (2.5%) to the buyer. If this is the case, we will invoice you the cost. It is highly recommended that you pay using Bank Transfer, to avoid this cost.


Q: Is there a MOQ (Minimum order Quantity)?

A: Yes. It varies from item to item. The minimum is indicated in the description. If in case your purchased item does not meet the MOQ, we may advise you to purchase additional stocks, or refund your payment when you are unable to.



Q: Are the products you sell covered with a warranty?

A: Yes, all our products have warranties (ranging from 6 months to "lifetime"). One advantage when purchasing from us is, you don't have to worry about getting a replacement/refund if in case your item is defective. We honour all warranties that came out of our store.
